Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to process their Master´s thesis or PhD in a correct way. This refers to the structuring of the work, the choice of the right method, the fulfilment of formal criteria, as well as the acquisition of all skills necessary to conduct independent research work.

Subject of course

Support during the Master-thesis or PhD process: Working out a research question/hypothesis, methodological approach, working out formal criteria for scientific writing, support of investigations, structuring of the contents

Illustration of research tools, discussion of content-related and formal aspects of the work
