Construction of an earthen wall during the Archdiploma exhibition 2017 (12.10. - 7.11.)

 

The hands-on experience will be central to this seminar. We will also learn how to work with earthen material and experiment with different mixtures of earth for adobe, mortar and plastering. In a performative act we will erect an earthen wall during the Archdiploma 2017 (12th Oct. until 7th Nov. 2017).

Active participation in the construction and deconstruction of the earthen wall, attandance of lectures (earth conference), overtaking documentary tasks.
