The course is based on process-oriented experiential learning, so the willingness to experience oneself is a prerequisite. Practical exercises, role plays and reflections alternate in the courses and are rounded off with short theoretical inputs.

The course is held as a block course, continuous attendance is necessary for didactic reasons.

Completion of a written thesis reflecting on one's own learning experiences.
