Die LV basiert auf einem prozessorientierten Erfahrungslernen, die Bereitschaft zur Selbsterfahrung ist daher Voraussetzung. In den Veranstaltungen wechseln praktische Übungen, Rollenspiele und Reflexionen einander ab und werden mit theoretischen Kurzinputs abgerundet.

Die LV wird als Blockveranstaltung durchgeführt, eine durchgehende Anwesenheit ist aus didaktischen Gründen notwendig.
