Content: 1st General Introduction; 2nd Business Fundamentals; 3rd Legal Framework for Companies: Trade law, criminal law, company law, ZT law, company law, labour law, construction and plant law; 4. general handling of a construction project; 5. risk management; 6. tendering and awarding; 7. contract law; 8. standards; 9. construction contract according to ÖNORM B 2110; 10. accounting and price control; 11. arbitration of disputes

The methods for achieving the learning outcomes are:

• lecture with the opportunity to ask questions and present sample exam questions
