After successful completion of the course, students are able to enumerate building evaluation
systems and their criteria. This applies in particular to the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and the Life Cycle
Assessment (LCA). Furthermore the students are able to describe the calculation process, and enumerate the influencing factors and results.
