Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to clarify and discuss psychological and socio-cultural properties of a construction project and to reflect the findings in the context of a term paper.

Subject of course

Inspections of best-practice-examples to demonstrate current trends and their constructional realization.

Topic 2021W: 

Challenges for urban production sites, demonstrated trough the production site of the compay "Hörbinger" in the Vienesse "Seestadt".

Teaching methods

Within an excursion, realized best-practice-building-projects will be visited. The shown objects and contents should be deepened by own research.

Information to the term paper:

  • The term paper consists of a cover sheet and two A4 pages with at least 500 words about the visited objects, their impact on the surrounding areas and the challenges which occur for urban production sites in the 21st century.
  • The term paper must be provided with at least 1 source of the independent research and image credits.
