Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand construction cost management as an integral part of the planning and execution process. They understand the relationship between costs and planning phases and know the Ö-Norm 1801-B.

Teaching methods

Discussion of case studies, calculation of an example and elaboration of own conclusions.
