After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

The methods for achieving the learning outcomes are:

• lecture with the possibility to ask a question
• additional self-study with the help of the script
• transcript of presented lecture contents as supplement to the script
• handouts for presented in-depth topics

Um am Seminar teilnehmen zu können, ist eine Anwesenheit bei der ersten Vortragseinheit erforderlich. Erscheinen angemeldete Studierende in der ersten Vortragseinheit nicht, werden sie vom Seminar abgemeldet. Auf allfällig freiwerdende Plätze rücken auf der Warteliste stehende und anwesende Studierende nach.

Um das Seminar positiv abzuschließen, müssen alle zwei Leistungsnachweise für sich genommen positiv absolviert werden.

Der Gastvortrag gilt für alle Teilnehmer/innen als verpflichtend. Konstruktive Mitarbeit während der Vortragseinheiten kann sich positiv auf die Gesamtbeurteilung auswirken.

Das Skriptum wird via TISS zur Verfügung gestellt. 

Es handelt sich um eine LVA für fortgeschrittene Studierende. Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Kalkulation und Kostenrechnung, der Projektabwicklung, des Vergabewesens und des Bauvertragsrechts werden vorausgesetzt.
