After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

The methods for achieving the learning outcomes are:

• lecture with the possibility to ask a question

Für die Teilnahme am Seminar ist eine Anwesenheit in der ersten Vortragseinheit jedenfalls erforderlich! StudentInnen, die über TISS angemeldet sind und in der ersten Einheit nicht nicht anwesend sind, werden automatisch abgemeldet. (Nachrücken der StudentInnen von der Warteliste)

Beurteilung:

- Gruppen-Präsentationen (ca 20 min) mit anschließender Befragung/Diskussion (ca 10 min) – zB Erstellen einer Kostenverfolgung anhand von Grundlagen, Vorbereitung eines Baueinleitungsgesprächs eines Auftragnehmers anhand von vorgegebenen Unterlagen, Erkennen von Spekulationen anhand einer vorgegebenen Kalkulation uä

- Beurteilt wird der Gesamteindruck

Das Skriptum wird via TISS zur Verfügung gestellt. 

Es handelt sich um eine LVA für fortgeschrittene Studierende. Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Kalkulation und Kostenrechnung, der Projektabwicklung, des Vergabewesens und des Bauvertragsrechts werden vorausgesetzt.
