After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply the basics of project communication and name the framework conditions of cooperative project execution.
Students will also be able to define different terms of digitalization in construction and describe the respective use of BIM, CDE and sensors.
Based on the seminar "Construction Process I", the basics of construction project management and integrated management systems will be discussed. A focus of the seminar is on the cooperative construction project management. The basics of project communication are presented and highlighted with practical examples.
Another focus of the seminar is on the construction aspects of digitization. In particular, BIM - Building Information Modeling is presented from a construction perspective. Common cloud-based work platforms are introduced.
The methodological structure of this LVA is as follows:
Due to the Covid-19-pandemic, only limited presence is possible. In our seminar room only 10 students are allowed, for the rest there will be a video stream of the seminar. Every student has the oppportunity to be present at one lecture. The registration will be made over groups in TISS.
Important: if you don't show up for your registered lecture unexcused, you will be removed from the course!
The proof of performance is based on the seminar papers, presence, presentation materials and cooperation in class.
