The aim of this lecture is to provide fundamentals of integrated design and planning using BIM (Building information modelling).
This lecture is held togeather with the lecture:234.995 Projektarbeit 1_BIM _LIVE
The lecture will give an overview of Integrated Design Method and origins of interated planning as well as present BIM as technology and planning method. The current BIM tools will be presented.
New: The focus in this semester will be Energy Design, and support of architecture-teams in terms of energy efficiency. The energy design will be calculated using EnEV Software

Interisciplinary teams will carry out the development, analysis and optimization of digital building model using BIM. The IP course participants schould carry out energy design and analysis using EnerCalc Software.
The course is organised as a series of lectures and tutorials by Software vendor ITWO.
