Teaching the methods of multidisciplinary planning on the topic of Extended Reality (XR) for teaching.

In this course, you will dive into the world of Extended Reality (XR) and learn how to integrate XR methods (VR/AR/MR) into teaching. You will explore the benefits of XR in TU Vienna education, evaluate challenges and opportunities, and develop a comprehensive roadmap to successfully integrate XR into existing courses and improve teaching.

--> Matchmaking Workshop:

    Meet with the assigned professor or instructor to jointly discuss the goal and approach for integrating XR into a specific course.
    Analysis of existing course:
    Work with the department to analyze the current course and identify potential XR use cases.
    Design XR Integration Plan:
    Develop a roadmap for phasing XR into the course, considering timelines, training needs,...

- Integrating XR into the teaching space - choosing a specific course (matchmaking).

As a student, you will help revolutionize education with XR technologies and shape learning in the digital era.

Independent research, collaboration with a chosen institute and writing an XR roadmap for a specific teaching subject:

Phase 3: XR integration strategy

This year, the soft skill subject "Multidisciplinary Planning" will take place as research-led teaching in the course of the d.call22 project of the TU Vienna "XR in Teaching". Students of all disciplines are welcome.

Attendance at kick-off and matchmaking and presentation meetings.

Final presentation and submission of a report - "XR roadmap for the integration of immersive learning in [course name] of institute [yyy] of faculty [xxx]".
