Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to

  • assess economical and legal aspects of international construction projects,
  • outline the challenges of current international construction projects,
  • analyze international construction contracts and
  • discuss international construction law.

Subject of course

International projects are mainly managed in English. Sudents learn to co-operate with foreign investors, international clients, EU financing and with special regard to co-operation with neighbouring countries. The lecture will also focus on international management and legal procedures as well as commercial and contractual project administration.
