After successful completion of the course, students are able to gain a basic understanding of the modeling of Facility Management (FM) relevant processes based on practical examples. It provides an overview of the key IT systems that support these processes. The course represents a deepening of the course "Introduction to Facility Management".

The exam tool is ZOOM and you need two devices with a camera (e.g. laptop and mobile phone) for the exam.
