After successful completion of the course, students are able to identify the special characteristics of the transport industry in relation to its significance for a state and its mechanisms influencing traffic, based on basic concepts of the national economy. Furthermore, the students are able to describe the fundamentals of the economic and legal framework of passenger and freight transport on a regional, national and international level. In addition, students can explain the basics of logistics and describe the financing of transport infrastructure.
