The course is held in the form of a one-week seminar and the project aim is to implement the acquired knowledge of study on a project in the area of public transport. The organization of the seminar is in collaboration with the Wiener Linien.The aim of the course is to give students an insight into the interdisziplinary and complexity of projects in the area of public transport. The focus is the public transport and the requirements of a modern accessible and user-friendly public transport.
The teaching content of the course varies from the changing tasks, the focus is always at the passenger and the requirements of a modern accessible and user-friendly public transport.
The processing of the project task is done in groups. A key task is to graphically implement the ideas developed in an appropriate manner in plans, sketches and posters and to present the ideas.The performance test is based on the participation in the project week, by the presentation of the project results and a final report.

For the course no prior knowledge is required. The completion of the course Öffentlicher Personennahverkehr is recommended.
