After successful completion of the course, students are able to correctly assess and evaluate the various mechanisms of impact of the transport system on human behavior and quality of life. They can then recognize and responsibly assess the interactions of health / quality of life, global boundaries and sustainable quality of life.
The lecture deals with the effect of traffic / mobility on human health (in the meaning of the WHO-Definition including psychical and social welfare) beside the "traditional" pollutions (air, noise,.....stress). The lecture deals with ways of loadings and expositions, the methods and treshold limit, handling of risks, the human ability of preception and adequate assessment as well as the effects of transport system on sustainable quality of life.
Discussion of the connections using concrete, practical examples.

Required technical equipment for participation in the course and examination: A device with a camera and microphone through which the Zoom meeting runs is required for the participation in the lectures. The following applies to the test: The camera must be positioned so that the workstation and screen of the second device are clearly visible. The microphone must be switched on for the entire duration of the examination. Loudspeakers should be used instead of headphones or headsets.
