Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to practical implement methods of traffic planning. They learned presentation techniques, dealing with authorities, databases and citizens' initiatives based on practical cases. The students develop the project solutions interdisciplinary with students from other universities.

Subject of course

International planning seminar held in cooperation with the Technical University of Prague and TU Budapest. Content will include the formulation of traffic concepts for communities, including detailed planning. OR Work on a special problem with personal and freight transport, short and long term effect mechanisms, effects of transport systems on the economy, society and the environment, application of methods used in the practice towards concrete problems.

Teaching methods

Formulation of the project, discussion of the planning steps, discussion of the project progress
