Fundamental knowledge about the subject and duties of road and highway operation considering the economic and the environmental point of view including basics of telematics in road operation.
Main duties of road operation and organization, road safety, road cleaning, maintenance of the plantings, animal welfare, problems with surface water drainage with priorities on avoiding pollution in the operation, traffic control maintenance of the road equipment, maintenance of buildings like bridges, retaining walls and banks, reflects on the economic efficiency (make or buy decision).
