After successful completion of the course, students are able to...

  • work on issues of their master's thesis in a solution-oriented way,
  • correctly conceive the master's thesis methodically and in terms of content,
  • discuss their topic on a scientific level,
  • present their work professionally.

Subject of course

Specific topics of the field of research, in-situ experiments and different data evaluation and analysis methods. An active discussion of the theoretical approach and presented results, followed by future work ideas.

Teaching methods

Students present the work progress on their master thesis in front of the supervising professor on a regular basis. They get valuable feedback on the work done, are encouraged to discuss the research topic and receive possible new ideas and literature suggestions for future work.
