After successful completion of the course, students are able to view aerial photographs stereographically and to interpret and evaluate them with special consideration of geologically relevant structures. Satellite images and airborne laser scans can also be evaluated and interpreted after the course has been successfully completed, especially with regard to geogenic hazard areas such as landslides and geological faults.
