Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply the fundamental principles and computational methods  of kinematics, hydrostatics- and dynamics developed in the lecture "Mechanics 1“ to elementary problems in mechanics of solids and fluids.

An overview of when lecture and exercise units will be held is available on TUWEL.

The lecture units will be held face-to-face at TU and additionally be available for live streaming via LectureTube on TUWEL. The TUWEL course also provides the notes of the past lectures as PDF files and additional voluntary tasks each week. All TUWEL contents will remain available to all registered students until the end of the semester.

Due to the infection process, there may be changes in the LVA mode.

Please, note that there will not be any recorded videos of the lectures provided.

The tests will be held on campus. However, due to the pandemic it might become necessary to change the format of the tests to online at short notice. If you have trouble to attend an exam or have further questions, please, contact one of the lecturers.
