After successful completion of the course, students are able to put the teaching content into practice, as eg. Team and group working, advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of a QM, management systems, process management, QM according to ISO 9001, assessments, practical examples (quality control and quality assurance in welding technology (welding instruction, welding procedure qualification) and manufacturing), final exam with certificate quality coach (part 1 of quality manager)
