Aim of course

Develop the ability to qualitatively assess the behavior of nonlinear dynamical systems

Develop the ability to choose and apply appropriate numerical methods in dynamic analysis

Develop the ability to write software for simple graphical visualization and animation of dynamic processes

Subject of course

Qualitative behavior of dynamical systems (Stability, attractors, Poincarè maps)

Numerical integration schemes for Hamiltonian systems (Symplecticity, stability)
