Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to decide on a strategic level in which knowledge is required for a knowledge-based organization to be successful on the market and which methods are required to manage this knowledge. Students learn that knowledge management is a business process that has to be improved continuously whereby an appropriate relationship between human, organization and technology must be found.

Examination modalities

Two written examinations are offered during the winter term. Alternatively, students may ask for an oral examination. Both kinds of examinations test whether a student is able to solve the presented problems. During the lecture, online quizzes are offered that can be used to check the acquired knowledge and achieve points that can be used to improve the final examination.
