Aim of course

The goal of this seminar is to introduce you to the basic concepts of systemic Coaching as well as Communication Concepts from Transaction-analysis as a Leadership Compentency. The presented techniques have firm theoretical background, however this is not a theoretical lecture but rather a workshop that concentrates on giving you effective tools to put into real-life practice.
