After successful completion of the course, students are able to get to know basic knowledge from coaching as a tool for interviewing ans also as a management tool. Numerous practical excercises deepen the knowledge. Practiced are methods such as active listening, the internal frame of reference, questions and their effects, impact factors and coaching cases.
The lva is delivered as distance learning with opitonal presence. The online modules are availabel in TUWEL. The material and LVAs are German.
Terms of delivery: Blocked sessions. The grade is determined by the exercises handed in, and a final test.
