Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to address and elaborete a research problem using scientific methods. This includes developing a research question, a literature review, a description of the chosen methodological approach, a description of results, drawing conclusions, and a reference list.

Subject of course

Presentation and discussion of work plans, theoretical frameworks, methods and results of participants' theses. 

Teaching methods

Presentation of outline & study design; presenting intermediate results and draft versions of the diploma thesis and their discussion; discussion of concrete problems arising when carrying out one's research; exchange of research experiences; constant meetings and discussions
