After successful completion of the course, students are able to distinguish between various methods to improve social cohesion (e.g. coaching, mentoring, study circles) and to conduct themselves simple practical exercises pertaining to these methods. They should be able to assess the quality of various moderation and coaching processes. They should be able to reflect critically about this topic.
The lecture is an introduction into communication and moderation. In the first part of the lecture, psychological and sociological aspects of communication will be discussed. In the second part, different methods of moderation will be presented.
