After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand and implement the basic algorithms of Digital Image Processing. The module is research driven where students want to learn how to work in groups.
Applying the presented approaches and methods to the lecture 186.822 Introduction to Visual Computing. Deepening the understanding of the theory with the help of applied exercises.
Students have complete freedom to choose their projects and select the required methodologies for implementation. Evalutation wants to be done based on the project reports and the individual contribution in the project.

The evaluation is done based on the software and the project report submission. The active participation of students during student-tutor meetings and presentations will be taken into consideration.
