Overview of visualization techniques and application fields for visualization. Ability to implement theoretical concepts of visualization.

The lecture visualization gives an introduction to the concepts of scientific visualization, information visualization, and visual analytics. Didactical approach: topic is divided into sub-structures and presented with electronic slides.
