After successful completion of the course, students are able to penetrate a sound introduction to color science, as well as to understand special topics related to computer science and computer graphics. They shall reflect their own color experience and the value of the term color, understand the subjectivity of color sensation, as well as the psychical interpretation of the underlying physical processes. Furthermore, the students of this course understand the creation of light and many color effects, and the weeknesses of the human eye and its subsequent processing.
