The goal of the course is to gain a broad understanding of the problematics of the emerging field of pervasive and mobile and computing from the distributed systems point of view - e.g. IoT. The goal will be achieved by considering the theoretical aspects together with practical case studies and technologies for pervasive and mobile computing systems.

Function and exemplary applications Technology of sensors and actors - Hardware and Software Measured values - parts of a measurement and its expressiveness principle und function of field bus systems, radio applications using the ISM frequency band (e.g. WLAN, BLE, LoRa).
