After successful completion of the course, students are able to

• present and defend the results of their dissertation activities as well as
• to discuss current research in the field of their thesis and also in related areas.

Discussion of up to date scientific works in the areas artificial intelligence and knowledge based systems. Presentation of results (also partial results) in completed / ongoing studies for master and doctoral theses.

Oral presentation and discussion of already established results by the student and of ongoing research activities..

The assessment is based on the oral presentations and the contributions to the discussions.
