Aim of course

Basic expertise in the methodology of scientic investigations.

Subject of course

Aquiring and preparing information, preparing and perfoming a presentation, writing a seminar paper.

Additional information

Durchführung: Jeder Teilnehmer hält einen Vortrag und führt eine Literaturrecherche durch.

Grundlage des Seminars ist folgendes Buch:

  • Albert Menne: Einführung in die Methodologie. Wissenschaftliche Buchgesellschaft Darmstadt, 2. Auflage, 1984.

Außer der Beherrschung der englischen Sprache sind keine weiteren Vorkenntnisse notwendig. Ablauf: Am Beginn des Proseminars wird ein allgemeiner Überblick über den Wissenschaftsbetrieb gegeben. Die Vorträge der Teilnehmer finden zu speziellen Terminen geblockt statt. Nähere Informationen zu Organisation und Ablauf des Seminars werden noch bekanntgegeben.
