Successful leadership of project teams or employees requires a high level of soft skills. As a technical manager, it is particularly important to be aware of your own behavior and reaction patterns in interpersonal relationships.

In this seminar, you focus on rhetorical tools and procedures that enhance your personal leadership performance. You deal with the principles of self and external motivation and highlight dynamics in project teams.

Subject of course

  • You recognize and optimize your own communication patterns.
    In this way you learn to convince with clear messages.
  • You practice performance tools of leadership: statements, arguments and moderation.
  • You learn to use constructive feedback as a management tool.
  • 1: 1 reality training identical to the successful ORF format "Im Zentrum".
