The aim of this course is to deepen knowledge of concepts and methods in the field of quality assurrance and quality management.
Students improve their ability to assess and increase the quality of a software product and its development process.
Common tools to support activities concerning the evaluation, improvement and monitoring of software quality are introduced and pratically applied.

The lecture will focus on advanced software quality assurrance and quality management topics.
The lab is organized as group assignment and contains the following subject areas:

* tool supported quality assessment and improvement of an existing software project
* tool selection and customization
* code reviews
* analysis and improvement of test coverage
* measures to increase the quality of development artefacts and process

The result of the lab will be discussed in a final report and presented at the end of semester.
