• Gathering the requirements of a user group
• Designing, implementing and evaluating a prototype using the iterative user centered design process (UCD)

• Identifying a user group and gathering its requirements.
• Creation of mockups and wireframes as deliverables for an acceptance of a fictional product (i.e. its prototype). 
• Afterwards implementation and evaluation of a prototype. Evaluation will take place with real users during a formally planned usability test. 
• Finally, discovered (usability) problems will be solved conceptually or by re-implementation.
