This lecture gives an overview of the basic aspects of the eHealth domain. Theoretical foundations, concepts, scientific approaches and requirements are translated into practical applications, implementation options, and experiences. The theoretical content imparted in a constructive exercise in order to build and set forth the practical relevance to the topic.
Within this lecture the following theoretical content on will be discussed:
Based on this foundation, the lecture will present specific e-health projects to produce a practical reference to the mediated theoretical contents.Parallel to the lectures an accompanying exercise will be held in which the topics discussed during the lecture are to be substantiated. During the exercise, student-groups will analyze, evaluate and present specific e-health applications in different scenarios.Didactic Approach: The research group provides competent engineering perspectives. For this lecture this means: provide the necessary technical basis, definition and delineation, guidance for situational research, presentation of real, often large case studies as part of the lecture, independent development, testing and experience in the lecture adequate concept formation, sub-projects and applications in the field of eHealth as part of the exercise.
