The lab exercise will take place in May and June together with the lecture (Lecture 183.269)
In the kick off meeting (May 7th, 11h), we will talk about logistics, and build the teams (2 persons) for the lab exercise - it is strongly recommended to attend the kick-off meeting!Labs are not compulsory - we will be there, and will be happy to help.Please sign up for the lab exercise via TISS, so that we can create the user accounts.
The grade of the lab exercise is based on the solution to 2 problem-sets and a test. Please find the exercise problem sets and Information to the UE here (together with the lecture notes).
Solving medical imaging tasks in MATLAB, e.g.: generation of shape- and appearance models. (Model-based) segmentation of anatomical structures, texture analysis applied to bone structures, vessel detection, localization of anatomical structures
During the lab exercise you will have to solve 2 problems in a team. In June there will be a test.
