Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to conduct projects from the area of computer engineering in a by and large independent manner. This project work includes planning, realization, testing and documentation.

Subject of course

Running and managing a small-sized project: Definition, implementation, testing, and documentation of a defined CPS projects.

Project topics may be from the following areas: CPS / embedded systems architectures, programming methods for CPS resp. embedded systems, CPS modeling, intelligent control, intelligent robotics, timing analysis, design/design tools for safety-critical real-time systems, fault tolerance, dependable systems, security in embedded systems, communication and network protocols for ES, etc.

 

Teaching methods

Self-reliant work on a hardware and/or software project. Presentation of the results of the project.
