Aim of course
The Scientific Project course consists of the realisation of a small project in the field of computer engineering.
Subject of course
Typically, the project consists of literature review, implementation, experiments, and discussion of results. The practical training can be combined with the Bachelor's Seminar, where the project documentation will be then integrated into the bachelor's thesis. Some practicals, depending on the topic, may be extended to cover an extra practical. Some topics also qualify for a teamwork project (typically for a team of two students). Contact a university assistent as possible supervisor by mail or during the consultation hours in order to register for this course. A list of topics can be found at
