The importance of softskills for technicians should be understood. Basic knowledge about softskills forms a good base for the most important goal: self reflection concerning strengths and weaknesses in softskills.

The course is just available in German language.

The course offers an overview about softskills like communication skills, body language, coaching, self-management, rhetorics and presentation techniques, moderation, negotiation skills, team building, group dynamics, and conflict management. Self-reflection is another important part of the course.

Didactical Concept:

• The content above is presented during the lectures.
• Reflecting yourself and your personal skills is part of the course. Experiences during exercises via elearning are reflected in written form.

Es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen Diskussionen um Lehrveranstaltungsplätze zu vermeiden. Da für diese LVA die Nachfrage sehr groß ist und die Ressourcen begrenzt sind, gilt folgendes Vorgehen:

• Es werden MEHR Fixplätze freigeschaltet, als Ressourcen verfügbar sind.

• Wenn Sie einen bestätigten Platz haben, sind Sie in der LVA in diesem Semester dabei.

• Es werden keine Plätze von der Warteliste nachbesetzt, denn der mögliche Ausfall an Personen ist in der freigeschalteten Fixplatzzahl bereits berücksichtigt.
