The importance of softskills for technicians should be understood. Basic knowledge about softskills forms a good base for the most important goal: self reflection concerning strengths and weaknesses in softskills.

The course is just available in German language.

The course offers an overview about softskills like communication skills, body language, coaching, self-management, team building, group dynamics, and conflict management. Self-reflection is another important part of the course.
