advanced communication models, Videoanalyse, practical exercises concerning rhetoric, feedback, feedback and feedback

Didactical Concept:

The contents is presented interactively.
A lot of exercises are used to learn communication skills. The exercises depend on the demand of the group.
Within the course you have the possibility to prepare and perform a few of your own presentations. You will get feedback orally and via video analysis.
