Didactical Concept:

• The contents is presented interactively.
• A lot of exercises are used to learn communication skills. The exercises depend on the demand of the group.
• Within the course you have the possibility to prepare and perform a few of your own presentations. You will get feedback orally and written feedback. Assessment: is based on your work during the course. Additionally a written self-reflecting exercise is part of the assessment.

Compulsory attendance to the kick-off meeting! Course language is German.
