After successful completion of the course, students are able to

• present the topic and its relevance of their master thesis
• choose suitable methods for the chosen topic
• define and present a suitable solution
• evaluate the chosen solution
• defend poposal and thesis

• presentation and discussion of the current state of the diploma thesis, discussion of the chosen topic, methods, results to be obtained, and the presentation(skills)
• feedback from colleagues

This seminar is obligatory for students of the master Medizinische Informatik.

To attend the course, students must enroll personally by writing an email to rudolf.freund@tuwien.ac.at

Dates for the presentations of the students are scheduled according to students' needs.

For the presentation techniques it is recommemded to attend the lectures of the course 192.100 SE Privatissimum aus Fachdidaktik Informatik given before Easter.
