This lecture provides the basic knowledge of process development from a feasibility study to a concept for design development and planning into the test (pilot) phase, validation to
to the production and operation of a plant with a special focus on the multi-criteria assessment methods for the evaluation of sustainability (environmental protection, economic development, social justice).

The contents are taught through lectures, calculation examples, analysis of plants and processing of various tasks and questions.
