Frontal lecture supported by examples, documents, discussions
PPT slides with an audiotrack are offered for the study in TUWEL. In addition, online question and answering sessions (ZOOM in TUWEL) are organized with the lecturers.
All exams are currently held in online mode via TUWEL. In order to take exams, you must be registered for the course (TISS / TUWEL). You can then log in via TUWEL. Under the exam date you will then find the assignment to the respective exam group. Please dial in 15-20 min before the start of the exam. In TUWEL you will also find a guide for taking the exams and the requirements for taking the exams online.
Written examination
The lecture is held in distance learning mode. For this purpose, the documents of the corresponding lecture unit will be uploaded to TUWEL every week on the specified dates.
Please note that the first 4 lectures are only provided as PowerPoint slides with sound. The lecturers of these units additionally offer a Q&A session via TUWEL (ZOOM) after the completion of their units, where (comprehension) questions can be asked. This is to assist you in working through the various topics. The last four units will take place via ZOOM. To participate, please dial into the respective ZOOM meeting via TUWEL at the appropriate times.

You will find the assignment to the respective exam group under the exam date. Please dial in 15-20 min before the exam starts. We kindly ask you to study the exam guide available in TUWEL for taking online exams. The exam registration is done as usual via TISS. Please note that persons who are not registered in TISS / TUWEL cannot be assigned to an exam group in TUWEL and therefore cannot take the exam. This means that they will not have access to the ZOOM meetings via which the exams are held.
The completion of the lecture Biology is a prerequisite.
